THE CHALLENGE
To create an engaging digital report to share Siemen’s progress in tackling the gender pay gap in their business and tell the stories of inspiring women already working for the company.
THE SOLUTION
A concept was chosen that shone a spotlight on key members of staff to tell their stories. This was supported by strong graphic shapes to convey key messages. As well as the digital report being released to the public, a series of digital screen animations for their UK offices were created telling staff about the benefits and how to get involved.
THE RESULT
The response from internal and external audiences was positive and the report was the driver for further Diversity and Inclusion work for Siemens.
